Great proximity to Lake Geneva, beautiful location. I did not like that the bartender tried to substitute a cheaper bourbon than what was advertised in the signature cocktail - bad mistake trying to fool a Kentuckian!

We had a wonderful stay at The Abbey Resort. The property was clean, quiet, and modern, providing a peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. While the food could be improved, it was convenient to have several dining options right on-site. Overall, a great experience and a relaxing getaway!

We had a family getaway weekend 8 adults and 6 children. We had a very good experience being all together and having a good time. We’re in building 7, the rooms were dated and in need of remodeling. Everything is old and musty there. You have to pay extra for everything, breakfast, coffee, water and so on. Other hotels with same prices offer complementary breakfast and even breakfast buffet included in the room price. Not here.

Check in with Megan @ the front desk was great. She was very knowledgeable & informative. She made the check in process very easy & pleasant. The resort & its grounds are very beautiful. Our room was very comfy & we enjoyed the delivers of the ground’s & harbor.
