Great front desk

The hotel was an excellent value but Katie at the front desk made the stay exceptional. She greeted each guest w enthusiasm and a bright smile. She was so helpful in planning activities, she was warm, and gave the type of help that modeled what I have received at 5 star hotels. thank you Katie!

Nice friendly staff. But we booked on Expedia which said it was pet friendly. Expedia didn’t mention that it was $35 extra a day for pets. Also, the TV didn’t work when we arrived. The screen door had no handle and the shower handle fell off. It’s a decent hotel but some things are rundown.

Clean and cozy

All staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and stocked well. Can hear your neighbor sometimes it tv is on or they’re a little louder but sometimes that can’t be helped. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again
