Perfect! We had to evacuate the LA Wildfires. They were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had enough variety. Great area near Irvine Spectrum.

Ok for travelers overnight.
Service and friendly staff. Mattress are so uncomfortable (saggy/soft). A lot of noise from cleaning and doors. It is a motel with cons and pros. If you’re traveling and just passing by for the night it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast selection are scrambled eggs, bacon, breads , waffles, yogurt , cereals, some fruit, juices, coffee. There is an Indian restaurant at the motel. For better rates, book online and not in person.

One of the worst hotels...
My stay was terrible!! My visit was to attend my niece's wedding, and on the day of the wedding which was a Saturday the hotel management decided to turn off the water to fix the water pressure without informing all the hotel guest. I informed management about my family needing to get ready for the wedding, and suggested that they help us rent a room across the street so we can get ready, all they said they understand and did nothing to help us!! My family and I had to scramble and booked another hotel room to get ready. All the management done was give us 30% off for the day with no water which they also made many mistake on my bill. I don't know how this hotel got all the high marks, the rooms had mold smell, and a but old, and should get a one star rating. I'm not giving low ratings for this hotel because of the water problem, this place is bad...

We didn't have water running in the bathroom during our last day here. My family could not use toilet or take shower. Front desk person did not answer the call and seemed to avoid the guest queries. He didn't not provide bottled water until asked for and only offered one little bottle of water. Coffee machine in the breakfast area broke on the 2nd day of our stay and wasn't fixed when we left on day 4. Horrible experience overall.

We stayed five nights, on the first night there was no hot water. On the third night there was no water in the pipes at all. At the breakfast bar, the coffee machine was broken for a couple days. Cream cheese for bagels was not available for three of the five days. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hot water didn’t work all night. And then in the morning once it was suppose to work it was at the most like luke warm and not hot enough for a comfortable shower. I was overall disappointed with the stay and won’t be staying at this property again.

Very disaapointed
I booked a night from 4-5 January 2025. I checked in on 5 January 2025 at 12.30 am. There was no hot water to take shower. In the morning when I wake up at 7 am there is no water at all and I could not take shower and brush my teeth. The toilet can not be flush as there is no water. There is no water for drinking too in the breakfast area. I checked out on 5 January 2025 at 7.30 am and very disaapointed. I want to get a compensation for this stay.

The room that I stayed was divided by a door which was not noise-proof and the guest stayed next room was making too much noise. I woke up and talked to the night staff and he called the room two times and he gave up and asked me to call the room. However, my family and myself could not sleep whole night.. very difficult for the new-year’s plan.

1 major, 3 minor complaints. Major: shower did not work. no water pressure. Minor: Overall very loud guests. lot of people talking very loudly even at 2am. And the balcony patio light is not possible to turn off. And there is no thermostat for the heater, making it very difficult to adjust the heat.
