Was OK

The complementary breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. The employees were friendly and helpful. However, tough (thankfully) the sheets were clean, the bathroom was only surface clean and the floors were not clean. There was black goo behind the toilet and the ceiling had unfixed water damage. I tried to upload pictures but it won't allow me to.

I stayed in 3 different rooms, Bathroom is awful!! , they were dirty, exhaust fan not working or really really loud, stained sheets, bad lights, stay away from this hotel!!

The property itself was ok. The check-in staff acted as he didn't know where my room was. The directions he gave me to my room was not correct. As such, I had to drive around the entire hotel to find my room. Something happened to cause the water to go off around 2 a.m. It was not on by the time I checked out around 6:30 a.m. I informed the staff and asked if I would receive a discount. The check-out staff was so nonchalant about the problem and didn't apologize or even offer a bottle of water so I could wash my face or brush my teeth!

The room smelled STRONGLY of mold, cat urine and chemicals. Mold on walls and ceiling. If it hadn’t been 1 am and our only option we wouldn’t have stayed and probably should’ve slept in the truck. The shower either burned you, froze you or didn’t work. AC\Heat did not work. Family left with sinus congestion and headaches. Couldn’t leave fast enough.
