Got Lost didn't stay

Unfortunately, we were no shows due to getting lost. My sister got food poisoning and fell out of car but it wasn't moving thank goodness. Anyways we ended up at another hotel so the trip cost us double but we had been lost for 6 hours. We just wanted to sleep. I did call several times and was hoping for a refund but unfortunately y'all used the gift card and I would appreciate a change in isuing a refund I completely understand if you can't. We have to come back in July and we will definitely being staying at horshoe lake Charles because we are high-roller gamblers. Can't wait to stay in July. Blessings and peace, Stacy Jones

I dont think we would stay there again: 1) I paid for lake view, I overlooked a roof and parking lot 2) we had to get someone to make the tv work 3) Ceiling light flickered 4) desk lamp would not work 5) Had we not caught the maids, we would have had no service, clean towels etc. Same thing happened to 2 of my friends. Horseshoe has advised Expedia notified re a refund because of the wrong room

Yes this is a new hotel but the service we received was not par for Ceasars. Food choice is expensive and restaurants closed prior to posted closing times. Beverage service in casino did not exist while we were present. Hotel room was clean but not supplied with enough towels, shampoo, soap etc. I did visit with the night manager, he stated he would send emails to each department.
