The staff were nice. I knocked a star off because the water was turned off for over an hour in the middle of the night. The tv kept freezing up for long periods of time.

This hotel used to be the perfect place to spend a weekend away. Not so much now. Service is subpar, carpeting hadn’t been vacuumed in forever, and everything was slowwwww. We just couldn’t seem to get decent service anywhere in the hotel. Maybe because we weren’t there to spend thousands of dollars on gambling but rather to see a concert. Still spent a couple grand for the weekend and feel disappointed in the experience.

Will Go Again

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Better than the last time we stayed here. Great restaurants! Very limited housekeeping . You can get new towels but the housekeeper did not empty trash cans and we had leftover food that was bagged by the trashcan that was not removed. I would not mind throwing it away but could not find a trash can. We had fun! Will go again!

Lines were long at check in, but moved quickly. The check-in process was simple, with no surprise charges. The room was clean and comfortable. The casino is starting to exhibit signs of wear and could use a deep cleaning; however, restrooms were clean. We visited three restaurants during our weekend stay (CJ’s twice). Two of the three met or exceeded expectations; however, the biggest disappointment was Vic & Anthony’s. Of the six meals ordered, only one of us really enjoyed our meal. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but will explore other dining options if we return.
