I have stayed in many places before but this place gets the first 5 STARS. From the moment I got out of my car, the areas were appealing to the eye, and once I walked in, the smell of the place was so fresh. I thought to myself, " They must have just cleaned it," but I was so wrong. The places smelled clean all day long, and to me, that was a first. I also enjoyed the cleaners of the room, from inside the toilet to the sink and bathtub. Let me also tell you about the staff, I did a late check-in and wanted to make sure the info was noted somewhere, when we got there I was greeted with a friendly smile and I also got a welcome gift. I also enjoyed the breakfast and even other guests seemed very happy to be there as we were. I recommend this place and I will use it again myself.

Stayed 1 night with my family just passing through. Room was pretty disgusting. Saw at least 6 different hairs in the shower. Carpet was stained with black and brown spots. Garbage and toilet paper was shoved behind the night stand. There was a pile of see dust on the bathroom floor. The shower was warm at best with poor water pressure at the maximum hot water setting. I only used customer service or staff at check in and check out so I can’t comment on additional service.

when I got there, they didn’t have my reservation. I kept being told that they had a reservation until they finally found it. Then I was told something about check out that wasn’t true. I just wish that people would know the policy in the rules to their establishment.
