Have been here now since the Hurricane Beryl..the whole time was excellent, except for the last two day check in. I go to recheck in my room, and was all of a sudden charged 10 dollars. It’s not the amount , it’s the fact that I have been here a week and the last two days you want to bring up another charge . Hannah, you may be the manager, but your customer service skills needs a lot of work. Remember you are in a customer service field, being nice should be a part of your job. Linda and Frank, you are top notch, with compassion for people that has been thru a rough storm. Thanks to Hannah, when I have to travel from Texas , I will not stay here ever again because of your attitude.
