The employees are Excellent, specially Manuel from the restaurant and the super Jesús. However, the property is not equipped for some movement disabilities persons. Some stairs do not have railings making its use almost impossible. That is a law violation here in Puerto Rico and should be corrected very soon. I am disable and this issue caused me much difficulty.

This hotel was definitely my favorite from all the hotels I stayed in during my week in PR. The hotel is beautiful, the views, plants and decorations are like straight out of a magazine. The staff was so professional and caring. Anything you could want is a short walk away. However, the only downside is you have to drive to the nearby towns of you want to go to the beach. Other than that, this place is pretty much perfect.

Property was nice, as expected. Room smelled musty at first, as AC was not on. After it was fine. We didn’t care but for sure any other guest would have. Staff was super friendly. Bar staff was great, my husband wanted a “Paloma” (tequila drink)and she figured out how to do it. Brujula had great breakfast. Bacalaitos at night with the drinks were great and not goya ones. Overall great location if you are going to use any of the water taxis in the Parguera area.

Ocean view amazing

Best place to stay. Staff was super friendly and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. The Manager does an incredible job running this hotel and the food was superb, the chef at dinner is an icon. Will definitely return.

My husband and I love this get a way . Food amazing in the restaurant nice choices - pool amazing - only improvement is food takes too long to come out no matter what meal - noticed too many on staff in front of house and not enough staff in kitchen . Also front of house charges all different prices - should be trained to charge the same and if a guest like us has VIP we shouldn’t be charged for refill of a regular coffee or extra chips or pita with the meal . Highly recommend the stay . Our room in the garden was great . We will be back again for sure.

The pool lounges and drinks were great. The restaurant on the pool deck where you get breakfast has an amazing dinner that very reasonable priced and tasted amazing! But you should definitely check out the tour from Parguera water sports for the bio bay it made the trip that much more special aside from no kids and being able to relax and unwind

We had a great stay at the Parguera Plaza Hotel. We stayed there for a wedding near by and we were able to walk to all the venues. The restaurant was also great with lots of options.

Not for elderly or people with mobility issues

Nice placd with excellent service and nice people My problem was the inclines and hills. Was not good for people with mobility issues. Also there was a very loud band that played untî 1PM. It made it impossible to sleep so I had to leave after one night. The food and bar were great NOT for older people or people with mobility issues
