Staff wasn’t the friendliest. You would think traveling to such paradise as Hawaii people would be nicer but seems like everybody has a chip on their shoulder. Definitely was expecting way nicer treatment. Other than the facility was gorgeous. Unfortunately due to rude service we will never go back to this location.

We loved our stay! Everyone was super friendly! The pools are incredible! Great beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to snorkeling. We stayed in room 425. It wasn’t really a room with a view but we had a great view! Super clean. Definitely a fantastic stay!

This is the perfect spot for your stay in Ka’anapali, you can walk to the beach, walk to some stores and just see the sunset from the property. I traveled solo for my 40th birthday and I definitely enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Amazing for a couple get away
Everything about this hotel was wonderful but the stars were the multiple pools and waterfalls and, of course, an amazing beach. The food an drink
