The condo type suites are awesome! The bedroom is offset w the bathroom. There are screened windows that really open for fresh air. The lanai has a nice round table & 4 chairs. There is a large living room type area w a pullout (bed)giant couch. And there is a dining room table w 4 chairs!! The kitchen is fully equipped to cook! The price is right. Parking is a bit tight. I had a great stay!

This is a timeshare apartment. The place was a bit outdated. We had ants crawling around in the kitchen living room and the room. Reported to the front desk and they sent maintenance to spray around the area where the ants were. Helped for the day but next day we had the same problem. Apart from the ant, the place is in a convenient where you can walk to the beach, convenient store and a couple of restaurants. Overall the stay was good as we were out for most of the day.

Maid replaced towels but no countertops ever cleaned. To get answers from front desk took hours to receive. Tired property needs some updating. Lot of the towels had stains on them.

Nice property, condo has refrigerator & microwave. Bed takes up most of the room space. Good pool area, hot tub, employees in the lobby. Close walk to beach & restaurants. Would stay again.

Great value and beautiful

Great value for Kaanapali region of Maui. Across the street from beach, walkable to restaurants, Maui Brewing , and breakfast spots. Pool, property and waterfall was beautiful. My only wish was that jets worked in the main hot tub. There is a hidden hot tub behind back building staff told us about that was awesome. The one bedroom condo with kitchen was perfect for family of four, with A/C. I live on Oahu and again say this is a great value for the price without exorbitant resort fees and plenty of space.

We loved this place and will stay again for sure! The ONLY complaint we had was the door to our room. The lock seemed to malfunction daily, sometime twice daily. Quite a few trips back to the lobby to get a new key. Room 302B We will be back next year!!

The staff were friendly, attentive & accommodating. I rented a 1 bdrm condo w/a sofa sleeper. The condo was fully equipped! Very convenient! It’s an older building. Furniture is dated and kitchen needs a makeover. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Our room was small, but had all amenities we needed. Parking was included in room price. Pool was ok. Only odd thing was we had to empty our garbage and take to dumpster before checking out. Overall very acceptable.

Clean, basic accommodation

Great price for Maui and you get what you pay for rings true. The single room was very clean with convenient galley kitchen. Walking distance to some shops/restaurants and across the beach. Room rather dark with only small windows and no balcony. There was a huge roach in the sink. Staff friendly.

we enjoyed sitting out on the deck mornings and evenings sheets on the sofa bed seemed a bit soiled when we arrived didn't like the amount of light shining through the adjoining door - made sleep more difficult

Heavy traffic noise

Old and run down hotel which located between 2 busy roads. On the pictures the hotel looks serene and quiet but in reality it is the opposite. 24/7 sound from the road didn’t let me sleep. I brought up this with hotel management and hotel.com customer service but didn’t get any help. Hotel management doesn’t care at all about customers. They offered me to pay for the upgraded room plus again pay the high resort fees which were already paid in my original registration. We will never stay there again or will make a reservation via hotels.com. There are plenty wonderful peaceful hotels in Maui.
