Hotel staff was so friendly. Nora who checked us in and was so warm and welcoming. On our departure, Uncle Bob told us how he has worked there for 55 years They made us feel like family and not to forget the awesome snorkeling right at the spot! The history lesson touched our hearts. I was sad to leave Hawaii. Thank you for everything and the wonderful memories that our family will never forget.

The rooms were nice...just disappointed because of the resort fees that they charge daily for your great experience..i was charged an extra $615 for resort fees that they do not tell you when check in...thanks for the extra exspense on top of my great experiences...still a great place to stay if you're not on a fixed budget....

We stayed for a weekend only after a business trip but made the right choice.Very nice and clean accommodation's, friendly and informative staff, beautiful beach out back, great activities for everyone. There are various Luaus to choose from in the area. Take the Teralani whale watching, catamaran trip with Captain Mario and crew. So much fun!!! We saw an unbelievable amount of whales and some close by. Only thing hotel did not have was room service but we did enjoy Maui Brewery. The beach here is all you need! The water so blue and peaceful. peaceful. Amazing sunrise and sundowns plus we came in February and saw baby whales out on beach by 6:00 am!!!! Will definitely come again for a longer time!!!

This hotel went beyond expectations. Wonderful staff. Great opportunities to learn more about authentic Hawaiian culture. Beautiful park like landscape and views. Perfect location to have, and embark on, any adventure. We left with feelings of Ohana and Mahalo!

I almost always stay at this hotel. Even though it has become part of the Outrigger family, it seems to maintain the same wonderful, warm, Hawaiian atmosphere I've come to appreciate.
