Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to ensure my stay was perfect. The front office staff were particularly welcoming, helpful, friendly and all round awesome. Shout-out to the porters: ISAH and IKECHUKWU, thank you, you guys are the best! The hotel's amenities were nothing short of excellent. The dining options offered a delightful variety of both local and international cuisines, each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The serene atmosphere of the on-site spa provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Lagos, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I usually book an Airbnb when I visit but this time I opted for a hotel because of a terrible Airbnb experience. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was I did not find out until I checked out that breakfast was included in my stay since I booked the executive room! Staff should inform people when they check in and that pissed me off
