Small but super nice and clean hotel. People in reception are always ready to help and their service is top notch. Breakfast buffet included is also very good and the "cafe de olla" is the best I have had.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y siempre están muy limpias, tiene buenas amenidades creo que es el hotel más completo que encontramos en lagos de Moreno además de tener una buena ubicación. La comida del desayuno buffet es muy buena, hay café americano, café de olla, fruta, pan dulce, huevos al gusto, entre otros alimentos. Por la tarde sigue habiendo servicio de restaurante. Adicionar el personal de cualquier área es muy amable.

Hay ya mejores opciones para elegir en lugar de este. Evitar a toda costa encender el aire acondicionado, está muy sucio y genera congestión al dormir. El colchón tiene insectos y provoca alergia. DE SER POSIBLE, EVITAR ESTE HOTEL. Lo único bueno es el desayuno.
