This hotel is extremely nice. The staff is very friendly as well. It’s very convenient and walkable when there’s something going on at the Cajun dome. The only down fall if every room should have at least 2 complementary waters as they do with the coffee. Then if you need more water then you should pay for them.

I’ve stayed here before. A decent property but they should definitely get some updates done with their rooms. We had to move rooms because there was hair everywhere and it barely was cleaned. The next room we got, the closet door was completely missing which meant no full body mirror.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Civic Center. Great restaurants/bar. Computer issues when we checked in, so check-in took a while. Overall great place to stay and I would stay again.
