Great place to stay everything within walking distance or golf cart! Pool is small and had a little bit of leaves and debris but that happens from the palms. The best water pressure ever in any hotel shower. Cute balcony with nice court yard.

It wasn’t clean even though the room I had smells so strong of bleach I couldn’t breathe. I had to open the front door and the patio door to air out the place. There was water/melted ice still in my ice bucket. The floor was so sticky it was like walking on fly paper. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the linens hadn’t been changed… there was evidence of someone being in that bed that couldn’t have been there IF the bed was changed. I can’t, and wouldn’t, recommend this property. It’s a shame they don’t keep it clean. It COULD BE a wonderful place to stay, if it were actually clean.

Avoid at all costs. Spiders and cobwebs in my room. Room full of dust nothing was clean. Stayed with a big group and they all experienced similar problems. Roaches, pee stained carpet and ants not to mention the old pepporoni found in one persons room.

Hotel looked good at first but out of the beautiful surrondings it is a very average place with no lobby space and a really poor breakfast area. Only one staff member preparing food and doing office job at same time. Room is just average and needs a lot of upgrades. Will not come back.

I woke up during the night to go to the bathroom and it was pitch black . There was no emergency light in the room or bathroom. The electricity was out snd we had to lay in bed until the lights went back on delaying our time to get up and check out. I expect to be compensated ( room for free) due to the situation that should be corrected

Lobby and breakfast areas were closet-sized. Carpeting in room was so dirty it left black marks on feet. Overall, the property was tired and in need of updating and some TLC. Staff was courteous.
