The room was okay. Not what you expect from a Hampton Inn. The housekeeping needs to step up their cleaning. The bathroom was not at its best. I was in room 205. The shower could use a deep clean or remodel. The vents need to be dusted. Everything else was fine.

Cleaning our room every other day was a NO. We had garbage spilling out of cans, no toilet paper, needed fresh towels and cups. Our shampoo container was empty. I was told I could come to the desk for what I needed NO I expect that at a Hotel and do not expect to have to walk to the lobby, especially when the elevator is questionable

Toilet wouldn’t quit running so we had to change rooms, then the tub was so clogged it almost overflowed even for a short shower. Major lack of maintenance at this one. No more Hampton Inns for me!

$200 a night room should not smell like a wet dog. Front desk had no room to switch to. Also on smell, there’s a relaxing chair at the main entrance continually in use by a smoker. Under-managed Hampton Inn.
