The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Chambre minuscule mais suffisante pour une nuit en transit. Très propre !!!! Et très calme... Nous avons pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! Accueil agréable. Literie confortable. Un hôtel très bien pour une nuit ou deux mais qui ne sait pas gérer les clients sans gênes. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir avant deux heures du matin à cause d’un groupe très bruyant qui est resté sur la terrasse de l’hôtel jusqu’à deux heures du matin. Malgré nos appels à la réception rien n’y a fait!! Il y a une solution simple pourtant, fermer la terrasse à partir de 22-23 heures ce qui est un horaire normal, surtout pour ménager les chambres juste au dessus!!
