Fantastic hotel set 20 minutes drive north of Valencia city centre. Rooms are modern and kept clean daily by the excellent housekeeping staff. Reception and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to help with any queries and provided a service worthy of the hotel’s standards. Great pool and good to see a rule in place which deters guests from claiming sun-loungers-by-towel before 10am. Whilst the beach is a 30 second walk away, the only downside is the surrounding area. It appears to be primarily residential with limited restaurants located in the vicinity - some of which are not open every day and most of them only open for dinner from 8pm (or later!). Hopefully the hotel will become an anchor to attract new restaurants to the area in future. Top tip - the shuttle bus to Valencia has limited space so plan your trip and book your slot a good few days in advance.

Amazing New Beach Hotel
The hotel is brand new, the design is modern and has been finished to a very high standard. I would say it's beach club style pool and garden make it stand out. It feels like the whole hotel gravitates around this great feature. Staff are polite, professional and efficient all despite only being open for 3 weeks. The location in la Pobla is close to Valencia, but provides an oasis of calm with access to some great beaches and local restaurants. I would highly recommend giving this hotel a try.

A fabulous brand new hotel right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Loved the buffet breakfast by the pool. The pool area was fantastic and the pool itself was glorious.

Las instalaciones muy modernas y con diseño, el desayuno buffet muy completo, la piscina muy bonita, el rooftop espectacular!! Las habitaciones limpias, modernas, recibí un kit de bienvenida espectacular con todo lo que podría necesitar y más!! un pequeño spa en mi habitación. Me encantó!! sin duda volvería a alojarme, buscaba tranquilidad y descanso y fue lo que conseguí. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de este hotel. Tienen traslado gratuito entre los hoteles Estimar del centro de valencia y el de playa. Un plus es que puedes escoger entre varias fragancias para ambientar tu habitación. Recomendado 10/10

A fuire, avant qu'ils ne mettent un vrai manager
Vacances gâchées par un niveau de service indigne de 4 etoiles. Non seulement, pas mal de choses dysfonctionnent, mais malgré de nombreuses relances, aucune modifications. Quelques exemples, la climatisation qui tourne sans fîn, ln a le choix entre eteindre, 40 degres ou allumer, elle retourne toujours sur 24 mais il fait 20 degrés (releves sur montre). Pire, la chambre des enfants etait a 12 degrés. Malgré 3 relances, rien n'a ete fait, on a fîni par obtenir péniblement une nouvelle chambre loin de nous.... incapables de donner des chambres communicantes alors qu'il y en avait. Pour consommer, il faut payer un montant en avance, mais personne ne vous previent donc chaque apero est gâché. On passe sur les erreurs de conception avec un lavabo qui merite la palme d'or du microbisme, on arrose toute la salle de bains. La seule hypothese, cet hotel a ouvert en juin, le manager n'a jamais géré une ouverture. Le personnel, gentil mais peu competent, est perdu... et le client victime
