I was greeted warmly by a very caring woman and checkin was smooth and easy. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The ac worked as did the fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, but it was a comfortable respite. And I just want to give the front desk woman a little extra mention bc not only was she extremely kind to me, she helped my mother add another much needed day to my stay as a treat with no muss, or fuss. Which i can tell you are EXTREMELY rare qualities in today's corporate hotel world. There was a $25 pet fee.
Good location and facility for an overnight stay on the road. All was well except breakfast was served late which disrupted my schedule and a sizeable group of construction workers waiting to eat. It appeared the front desk person was also tasked with breakfast - so understaffed. Ate at the McDonald's across the street so I could get on the road.
Comfortable and clean room, perfect after a long day's drive. There is a basic breakfast bar which I did not see advertised on the Expedia site, pleasant surprise!
The condition and cleanliness of the hotel room was horrendous. The linens looked like they had not been changed in months. We left and went to a different hotel
We booked an accessible room ... night clerk stated he did not have a handiicap accessible room and that there records did not show that we requested one. I showed him on my computer that we had a "Confirmed Accessible Room" booked that night, he simply stated that there is nothing he could do as the building only had 1 accessible room. Also we did not have hot water in the next am when we tried ti take a shower.
When we checked into the hotel, it was late at night. We had booked the room ahead of time but didn’t arrive off the road until after 1a. The desk clerk was asleep and not very professional or properly dressed.
When we checked into our room, there was vomit on the floor and steaks of blood on the toilet. After rousing the clerk from sleep again, he was apologetic and got us a new room. It did not have the same issues. Still, there was no effort to compensate or care for us in the situation and that first room scenario should never have happened in the first place
