We were following the Santa Fe Trail so we just needed a place to sleep. The room was clean, had everything we needed but was too dark. We are both bedtime readers but only one side of the bed had a dim light. A typical motel breakfast was served, we felt safe, and it was quiet.

It wasnt a bad stay. The only issue i had was the door nob did not lock, it had a dead bold but looked like the door had been broken into before.

This is my 4th time this year staying here, it's my "go to" motel in LaJunta. It's convenient, clean and feels safe. Owner has been doing upgrades to the rooms... nice! Will be back again.

Always quiet and clean. The owner is super friendly, attentive and if there are any issues with your room it is quickly resolved. I travel for work in the area so I stay there often. Microwave, mini fridge work well. Never an issue with hot water. There is in house menu if you want to order food a huge plus. Nice, cozy, affordable, and great customer service.
