Overall we found the hotel disappointing. The condition of the public areas including the pool need updating and appeared shabby. The room was however spacious and comfortable but the bathroom requires modernisation.

Always enjoy my stay. The property is great, but the rooms are due for some updates, especially at the price/night. I don't like the cost for parking when I'm a guest. Can't go wrong with the location and dining options. The Shore Rider is awesome.

The location is everything. The actual hotel is quite old and outdated. We were excited to have an ocean view room but really disappointed to see how obstructed the view is by the deck and its several “pillars”. The staff were friendly but never seemed inclined to go above and beyond. We did love the beachfront dining option and pool. It was a great trip.

Curtains in the room, tv and air could use an update. For location and price staff training and amenities (like coffee in the rooms) need some attention. Also to take the coffee in the lobby away at 9am seems a little cheap.
