A great wide, clean beach with facilities that were limited. Though the property was generally clean, there were too many problems with the property to make the stay comfortable: inconsistent internet, water in the rooms that was lukewarm, non-potable water, an infinity pool which was not particularly well maintained, and restaurant service which ranged from poor to superior, depending on the employee. Overall, not recommended.

The beach and pools were nice. Not a lot of people so it was wonderful. Wish it had pool side waiters. Rooms are in need of upgrades. Booked 2 rooms / 4 persons per room, both TVs did not work, cabinets were broken, not enough towels (only had 2), tissue box was not replenished, no shower carpet and no trashcan in bathroom. Not enough hand towels.

The greenery, the colonial look outside was pretty! Pools can use more chlorine, cleanliness, and fresh water daily. The AC worked good but the showers were definitely outdated, sink faucet was broken. The place definitely has potential but overall was mid!

Very good property with lots of upside. I think it’s gonna be even better in a few years. I don’t give it a 5 because it still has many areas that need to be upgraded but it looks like they’re working on. Very pleasantly surprised how good the place was

It was full of cockroaches, super dirty, the bathroom was clogged and the sink, the beds and pillows were full of black dust and my experience was horrible that I had to look for another hotel, it was 2 rooms and they didn't even ask us why we left the terrible hotel customer service.

Nice property with beach access. Nice pools and very clean. Housekeeping came everyday. Could use some updating like hot water, furniture, have small fridge in room. Beds were super comfortable and a/c worked wonderfully.

Many years of maintenance updates lacking, we appreciated that updates and renovations were happening, no excuse for rats and rat poop in rooms that had not been updated. The hotel should have a disclosure about it's current condition. Nice beachfront, seafood items were decent but the hotel and restaurant are understaffed at the front desk.
