There's no hot water to shower. During rain, the entire roof property is cover with plastic liners to minimize water to filtering in but still water made it through hotel hall ways and inside the rooms wall. You could smell the humid aspects similarly to a presence of mold.

It’s a very nice hotel/resort and the beach was really nice! The staff was very friendly and nice. Only took a star off due to rain/water noted in the room during a storm (not a lot, but still concerning). Also, the food is a bit pricey compared to other locations in El Salvador.

The view and area is nice but the staff is absolutely slow and inattentive. Waiting for a single drink which is a beer, not even a cocktail takes so painfully long and ordering food is even worse. Prepare to wait for over an hour for a simple meal and at least 20 for a meal. I had to call the reception office to send a waiter to even get service and it truly ruined the whole experience.. after the other hotels o have visited in the area this marks my least favorite..

We really enjoyed our vacation and liked everything! My wife and I had an excellent room with a nice view; a beautiful beach; and the swimming pools are great! all the staff members are very helpful and polite; I remember: Douglas at the Reception and Antonio at the Restaurant; BUT in fact all of them are very nice people.

Great beach with big pools and nice property. Rooms were very clean and cool. Only 1 restaurant but good food, there's many other local food spots located near by. Not much as far as entertainment at night, just relaxing.

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are definitely outdaded but ours was clean. The roofs have tarps over them in some areas which explains the reviews regarding leaks. I would stick with ground level rooms. The newest pool with the swimup bar was really nice with new bathrooms. The others are dated. The main restaurant is nice for dinner. The included breakfast buffet is very basic so we opted for a la carte. Mixed drinks werent the strongest so id stick to beer. My kids enjoyed the game room. Overall we had a good stay. I would recommed for a day pass or a weekend stay.
