Hotel located in La Fortuna downtown, walking distance to restaurants, clean, green areas inside and around property. Staff is very welcoming. Good and decent Breakfast. Nice hotel for short and affordable stays. If you are looking for hot springs and pools you will need to go to a different place.

This property is very eco centric, it’s a small hotel but cute and cozy. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are great if you are looking for a stay where you can have a place to sleep comfortably, is not a big hotel with much to offer but for the price it was amazing! Everything is close from the downtown area, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, souvenirs, ice cream, supermarkets, and more!

Very nice stay at La fortuna hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommended and would stay again. Property well taken care. Included a good breakfast. Close to center of town can walk to many downtown areas and restaurants.

The rooms were clean. The bathrooms could use some updating as one room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the other shower pooled water. The beds were pretty firm, so beware. The pool needed some repairs. The inner courtyard was beautiful and we saw many species of birds and a sloth right outside the office. Breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and super helpful.

Rooms are very small , pictures look amazing comparing the actual hotel .I Didn’t like it stay only one night . Beds are uncomfortable .

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to everything in town. The housekeeping did a great job. What I didn’t like was the bed were too firm and they don’t have enough outlets in the room. Other than that Its nice for the price.
