Great layout, we were busy all day between the beach, multiple pools, and activities for the family at various locations around the resort. The food was great as well. Great breakfast, lunch, and snack options throughout the day. The dinner restaurants were all well run and delicious. Highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. The Italian restaurant was closed so there limited dinner options. Also, we had an issue with one of the waiters flirting and being inappropriate with my daughter and when we reported it at the front desk, it seemed to be brushed off. They need to do better.

We paid 1000$ dollars a night to stay in their luxury room for our honeymoon. The room was dirty. The glasses were dirty. The sheets didn't cover the bed. When we'd call the staff they would sometimes pretend they could not understand english and we'd have to hang up and call back. The food was also mostly bad. We were undoubtedly taken advantage of as this room is worth nowhere near what we were charged. I'll never stay at another Hyatt resort and will be sure to tell everyone I know no to either.

This was easily one of the best most beautiful vacations my boyfriend and I have ever taken. Everything about it was beautiful. The staff were amazing, my room was cleaned two times a day, the pools were sooo clean. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. we had the time of our lives. will definitely be going back
