Location is convenient but noisy and a lot of traffic. Pool and whirlpool were nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Garbage needed to be emptied and smell came into stairwell but enjoyed our stay overall.

Stayed 2 nights for concert at Copeland Park. Room was on main floor- clean, spacious & quiet. Did not hear other guests. Hot water in shower was noisy. Pool looked nice, though we did not use it, saw several other guests enjoying. Parking lot seemed to have plenty of parking. Lots of cigarette butts outside front lobby. Walked back from concert at night, did not feel unsafe. Overall nice, remodeled hotel, away from downtown, but easy to drive down there. Would stay here again.

We were in town for a couples retreat at the Shrine of our Lady of Guadelupe, it was 20 minutes away, we were happy to have a clean room, a large bed, breakfast in the morning. Most importantly we forgot a bag and we were delighted to have gotten a call from the hotel informing us that we forgot it. It saved us a lot of trouble hearing about the missing bag and getting it before we left town!
