Outlets in light fixture did not work. Alarm clock did not work. Room had an unpleasant smell. Manager’s family was in the breakfast area watching TV. Did not ask us how our stay was when we checked out. Would not print us a receipt when asked. He said we would get one emailed to us and 14 hours later no receipt.

Very nice property in nice area for a great price. I would have given 5 Stars if I would have had at hot shower at 9am. Very few guests so guessing housekeeping used all the hot water washing sheets as guests checked out. There's a problem with hot water or warer heater tank size that needs checked.

Cannot recommend.

Dated, dirty and bad odor. Bathroom sink was clogged. Purchased sanitary wipes at Walgreens for a full wipe down. Will not return.

So so. Not bad

The service and room was great. The hallway smelled like a spoiled fridge and the hot tub which i was most excited about was subpar at best. I couldnt even tell that the jets were on. Highly disappointing. Breakfast was a nice spread. Basic but many options.

Loved the location of the Quality Inn - convenient to Downton La Crosse and Onalaska. Beds were comfy, rooms were quiet, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was free and tasty. Great value!

I was required to provide a credit card, the debit card used to pay for the room online wasn’t good enough. When I handed him my credit card, he proceeds to tell me PayPal doesn’t have a credit card and this was a debit card. I’m pretty sure my name is the one on the card and I know what kind of card it is. In the room, the carpet felt dirty. There was mold in the bottom of the toilet where the hole is. There was sticker residue (?) on the mirror. The tv remote wouldn’t turn the tv on. Definitely will NOT be back. EVER.
