I only had an issue with wanting to receive a wake up call for 6 am. The wake up call came at 2:24 am and I was awake the rest of the night. Had a long day coming up so was not happy. No one was at front desk when I called down there so asked them when I checked out. He didnt know what happened and said "sorry". The guests above me made a lot of noise the 2nd night and had a barking dog. Otherwise the place was good.

This place is right next to the freeway, if you’re unlucky enough to get a room facing the freeway, you’ll want earplugs or you won’t get much sleep. Other than this issue, everything else was decent for the price.

Since the hotel is located right next to I90 the traffic noise is considerable with the window open. It seems unnecessary to have the window closed and run the a/c when the temps are only around 50 degrees outside!

I've stayed at this hotel over the years, but it seems like in the last 1-2 years it's gone down hill. Or maybe it s just the room I got in the past few stays, but the last two stays the rooms had a musty smell to them, but otherwise appeared to be clean. Years ago when I stayed here, I don't recall that issue so I don't know if the property is maybe under new management / staff but it seems like it has gone from a 4/5 star property ot a 3/5 star for that reason. Otherwise everything else was fine, but that's one thing that stuck out to me. I know the MIcrotels tend to be budget hotels and that's fine, but the rooms should at least smell pleasant, and not musty. I almost feel that the room may have also had a damp feel to it as well, so I'm not sure if the hotel just needs a good cleaning or something else. I would stay here again if I was in the area, but only because it's one of the cheaper options right off the highway, but it probably wouldn't be my first choice moving forward. Convenience is the biggest appeal for this hotel aside from generally being $100 or less a night.
