Hotel could use some updating. Carpet andnfuriture is showing wear and staining. The bed was clean and very comfortable and shower was clean. The breakfast wasnt even close to what the photos showed on the website. The area was not clean and selection was poor.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The music in the lobby was perfect. Pool stayed open late, which really suited our needs. Well insulated too, so no neighbor noise. When I go back to LaCrosse, absolutely staying here again!!

Very nice place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. I do wish there was some sort of housekeeping during a few days stay. You run out of amenities rather quickly and garbage piles up but I highly recommend The Grandstay.

Stayed for UWL Graduation weekend. Cutest little hotel. Full amenity rooms. Lots of people in town. Hotel was perfect for our stay. Food was walkable, close to river and parks. Had a little trouble paying with cash, but fixed next day without trouble. Bro worked his butt off keeping breakfast items stocked up. You know who you are! Great stay.

Everything was great! I did call front desk for more creamer and no one ever came to our room. My family and I were just traveling for leisure and their most exciting moment was going to the pool that was very cold. Otherwise every employee we did encounter was very nice and helpful!

Normally my favorite place to stay. Check in this last time was not so great. Waited to check in front desk (male) was on the phone no big deal, but waited over 5 minutes. I always request 1st floor was told 1st floor was not available due to renovations however that was not true. Check in was just not good.

Quick Visit to Grandchild

Although we only stayed one night and checked in late, we got an upgraded room at no extra cost to us, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. Breakfast was the typical buffet style and included with the price. This is the hotel my wife and I prefer in La Crosse and we stayed here before. Highly recommend it.
