This is a smaller facility that is handy when we visit our relatives in the area. We have stayed at other motels but have found this little motel is better than others.

The room was clean except the carpet was quite dirty could use a shampoo. There wasn’t any cold water in the bathroom sink. Freezer was needing a defrost, refrigerator didn’t keep our food hardly cold we had to throw out. Pool was closed for “cleaning “on a Friday? Also they charge $10. To use pool when you are staying there! Wow!!! Extremely loud band outside performing outside across the street from the motel until late in the night.

This is a clean, roomy motel that's a little run down at the edges. The beds are comfy, and it's walkable to downtown with all the stores and restaurants.

The property is a retro motel and is charming. The decore is dated but charming. It was very clean and well maintained. Impressive planters around the property gave a huge welcome. I would stay again when in the area.

I was very impressed with the manager of this property who is very involved in the upkeep and care of the property. We were able to park her motorcycles right outside the door from our room. There was an outdoor pool and the water was crystal clean and warmed up to 88°. What a luxury after a long day! The rooms are large and clean. I hope to stay here another time in the future.

Property was fine, for the price I paid. Desk clerk was friendly; another employee basically refused to speak to me at all, but that's OK I guess. I needed a budget motel convenient to downtown Sparta, and that's what I got.
