The hotel is well located near Kyoto Station and right in front of a beautiful shrine. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Amenities can be taken from the Lobby. They do not offer cleaning service every day and you need to bring your towels to the reception to get new ones. They have amazing public bath (onsen) facilities! But honestly the best is the Staff! They are very kind and caring, always going above and beyond to help you even with the language barrier. They helped us get a doctor's appointment at a nearby clinic that has English speaking staff and have been following on how are we feeling after seeing the doctor. I really recommend this hotel specially for the people ❤️👌🫰

Great spot and friendly staff

We loved this place. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, they also have multiple staff members who know different languages. The public bath was great and the location was perfect.

I love Hotel Kuu. It's a 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station, a transportation hub for both the city and beyond. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and there is a public bath on the property, which is a real plus as far as I'm concerned.

Loved the staff. Breakfast was the best I have ever had anywhere the very best. Servers and cooks worked very hard at making everything perfect. Front desk staff was more than helpful with every little need.. Small rooms but worth it. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. My husband loved the hot tubs.

Hotel was in a good area close to train station. Room was small but the staff were very helpful when I realized the bedding was down filled and I'm allergic so they got me alternate bedding very quickly.
