Digital locks and no keycards is new to me. Cool, useful. Passport scanning for check in was finicky, but nice room close to transit and restaraunts.

**Hotel Review: Kabin Koji** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kabin Koji, and I can confidently say it was an excellent choice for our family trip. This hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access local transportation, which is a significant advantage for exploring the area. The proximity to bus and train stations allowed us to navigate the city effortlessly, taking the stress out of getting around. When it comes to shopping and dining, Kabin Koji is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of options. We enjoyed exploring the local shops, where we found unique souvenirs and delightful treats. For dining, there were numerous family-friendly restaurants within walking distance, serving everything from local cuisine to international favorites. It made meal times a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself was very accommodating for families. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities that catered to both adults and children. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing recommendations for activities and dining that were perfect for our family.

Great location for Kyoto!

Great location and recently renovated or new build. Reception was welcoming and efficient. 3 short blocks from main drag. Loads of food places nearby.

it was all okay, it is pretty basic hotel with reception only open for free hours to allow check in. pretty stylish inside they have another hotels nearby, one has a good gym and luggage store

We loved our stayed at Kabin Koji, walking distance to everything (shopping, sightseeing, transportation, and dining). It was also a plus that there is a laundromat not even a minute walk from the hotel.

Very clean room and staff was very helpful. We ended up arriving a couple days later because of some travel mishaps and they were kind enough to refund those days. I would recommend staying here anytime.
