Although the check-in experience was not all that welcoming because of an impatient receptionist, the rest of the stay went quite well. The management team took notice of my check-in feedback, apologised sincerely and provided me with a late check-out option which was absolutely helpful. The MTR station is a 10-minute walk and buses for Tsim Sha Tsui and Central are only 4 minutes on foot. I will consider staying here again if the front desk service has improved to be on par with the price.

Cleaning is not that satisfactory. Carpet has dirts and need to clean up in every part of the hotel. Cleaners not well cleaned though beds are made and toilets cleaned - the desk top are not touched.

The property felt new and was well maintained. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Swimming pool was very nice, and gym appeared adequate. About a 10 minute walk to the Tai Wo Hau MTR station (which is about a 25 minutes from Tsim Shah Tsui station). Many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance. Hotel also offers a shuttle service to nearby mall with MTR. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Prices are more reasonable.
