This hotel was close to the airport and had excellent up to date facilities. Everything worked. Beautiful pool. Very well trained and professional staff. Extremely helpful and welcoming across the board. Great buffet breakfast. Useful free shuttle to the airport. Very reasonably priced, cant beat for value. Gym rather basic, has only 5 machines. Area has plenty of services but a bit down market and nowhere as nice as say Legion or Semanyik Beachfronts. Quite a walk to the nearest beach (at about 15 mins). Otherwise recommended by us :)

Good hotel, staff is very helpful and friendly. Didnt appreciate the evening call between 7:30pm-8pm almost everyday of our 5 night stay asking to rate our experience so far. That was excessive and disruptive to our evening. Breakfast wasnt good, catered more to the guests from India, would have appreciated more variety/Indonesian options as well as seasoning. We paid extra for breakfast but only ate there twice during our 5 night stay. Area has only a few shops and many local eats, but fearing Bali belly we would venture away from the hotel to eat. Room was a good size, clean and good working a/c. Overall a good option for a quick stay.

Lots of staff around to help out with a smile. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Good food but if you enjoy dessert with your meal then this probably isn't the place for you-Better off with a fruit smoothie instead. Nice pool, no milk supplied only powdered creamer. Probably could do with a bit more maintenance on the room facilities as the refrigerator door dropped off and next the shower head, but all were fixed immediately. I'd definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Discovery Mall, the souvenir shop, and the airport. The large pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the free filtered water was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Good hotel but never take any room facing street

Two nights stay ,overall experience not bad, I gave three stars for comfort and room condition because we were assigned a three beds room in the second floor facing the main street, very noisy at night as dogs barking almost the whole night and staff back to work with their scooters around 6am creating a lot of noise, we want to move to another room in the next morning but we were told no to room available. the second night was worse as the community centre was practising heavy music opposite to the hotel till midnight, I complained the noise two times to the front desk and at the end they offer us to move to another 3 beds room at the back of the hotel. That night was perfect ,quiet and away from noise . The breakfast time was very busy and always full ,choices of food are good,but the egg station finishes all boiled egg and fry eggs so soon and only offer omelette. It would be better if they refilled the eggs and other dishes quicker , must compliment to serving staff , very polite and greetings customers very frequent and kind. ,,👍
