Been staying at this hotel for many times. Malls have been redesigned since our last trip oct 24. Always enjoy staying in Sunway pyramid. Staffs attitude make one fill comfortable. It was good and now is better. Will be back again

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sunway, and here's my take on the experience: The room was decent - clean, equipped with all the basic amenities, and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The location was a major highlight; the hotel is right next to Sunway Pyramid mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You could walk to the mall in minutes, which was a significant advantage if you're looking to explore without needing a car. However, the customer service was a letdown. The staff seemed unfriendly and not particularly helpful, which was disappointing. A warm and friendly service can really enhance the stay experience, and this was lacking here. Another downside was the parking fee. There's no complimentary parking; you have to pay for it, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you're planning to stay for several days. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay primarily for its location and aren't too bothered by less than stellar customer service, this hotel could work for you. However, the unfriendly staff and the additional cost of parking might be considerations depending on your preferences.

We checked in a bit late and we did not get the twin bedroom that we wanted. We were given with twin beds eventually but the room has smoke smell. We requested to change room. Though we gotten another cleaner room but that is one king size bedroom. This is not what we wanted. I hope the hotel could offer more twins bedroom in future.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel was connected to the shopping mall and theme parks so it was extremely convenient. However, parking was chargeable at RM15 a day which I felt was ridiculous since the room rates are already rather pricy.
