Another great Sunway hotel
This hotel is one of the smaller Sunway hotels. The dining and in house facilities reflect that. It is however very handy to the mall, with the entrance virtually just off the lobby. As with all hotels in this family the rooms are great and of generous size.

Pre paid for a room with king sized bed. First I was told they were putting me in a different hotel, after I said I wanted to stay in the hotel I booked they then told me (not asked) that my room was two single beds. Initial check in I was ignored until someone went to back room to get the desk staff out, then halfway through check in he abruptly told me someone else would finish my check in, as he then detoured to end of front desk to start checking in aircrew. Made me feel like bottom priority, I have stayed at this hotel many times but this will now be last time I stay at this hotel, so rude.

Breakfast buffet for 88 ringetts was mediore at best. I felt totally ripped out in terms of value for having my laundry done at the hotel What cost me $5 in Bali cost me $63 at this hotel. This is outrageous and I do not plan to stay here again because of it.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Very clean and refreshing, with floral scent throughout the lobby to welcome guests. Rooms and corridors extremely clean and looks new. Mall just next door, very convenient. Definitely will stay here again in the near future.
