We had a good time. Staff were friendly and amenities were amazing. One problem we felt was that service was not as good as it could be. There were no phones to call the operator, and the electronic pad that was supposed to be used for communication was not working. When we wanted or needed anything, we would have to go all the way down to the lobby to ask for it. Besides that complaint the hotel is a great place to stay for an extended period. Felt very home like with a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Located in a great area with lots of shopping/food within 10 minutes walking distance. 4/5 would definitely recommend

The checkin and out process was very fast! No time wasted. The elevator was fast. The room and bed were spacious and parking area were many and easy. The only downside is that the house keeping didnt clean the room properly.

Location is superb for the easy walkable access to SURIA KLCC. Place is nicely furnished. Would hv helped if the 2 bedroom comes with 2 toilets/bathroom. There was only one bathroon so the occupant in 2nd bedroom needs to knock on the door to enter the bathroom in the room no 1

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything you could possibly need. The view was also breathtaking, and they even arranged my room for me earlier than anticipated. Would definitely stay here again, everything in the room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was walkable to the popular areas. And taxis were easy to get from the hotel to take you to anywhere you needed. Highly recommended!

Great location close to , mall, hop on hop off bus. Hotel is clean and well staff. Bed was comfopetronas towersrtable, room spacious, and beautiful view. Nice pools and gym, and quiet location. I only wish check in wasnt so impersonal. The computer screens are so large you cant see the staff sitting behind them.
