First visit to KL
My first time visiting the city. This had a great location to see what the city had to offer. The pool, gym and spa all amazing in quality and I used them multiple times during my trip. Ate at the bar and grill, food and service both very good and staff very friendly and welcoming. Will plan to visit again.

The property is good bit my whole experience was ruined by the check in. Upon arrival i was escorted by a staff member to be checked in. She said to wait and i would be seen as soon as an agent was available. The moment the agent was free and walked towards her when she told me ro wait as a the gentleman behind me was before me. There was no one behind me when i arrived, but i waited. It was now going on 10mins and all the other agents were seeing guests who arrived after me before me. After awhile i was seeen and immediately expressed my disappointment. The agent apologised profusely but this marred my experience as throughout my stay i kept getting bad vibes from the staff. The property is beautiful, local to everything but i was left to feel uncomfortable throughout my stay.

I am writing to express extreme disappointment with a recent stay at the hotel. What should have been a relaxing honeymoon was anything but. Despite being advertised as a haven of tranquility, the adults-only areas were consistently overrun by children with no staff intervention. Upgrading to the Horizon Club made no difference, as it was equally chaotic with loud videos and kids running around. The noise levels were unbearable, and the poolside was no better with guests playing loud music unchecked by staff, who instead provided them with cold towels and food. It was the wild west. The hotel is described as a place of rejuvenation, but the experience was far from it. Despite reaching out to the hotel to rectify these issues, we were completely ignored. The complete lack of control and disregard for guest comfort ruined a special occasion. Expected a luxurious, peaceful stay, and instead found a chaotic environment. This is far from the five-star quality anticipated. While the staff were friendly and professional, these issues need to be addressed to ensure future guests can enjoy the serene experience promised.
