The bedsheet got dark/black stain. I only realise it the next morning..then the second day, new bed sheet but also, got stain but not as worse as the first day..first night the a/c was not as it should be..i could not sleep as i am sweating...the second night was bit ok because it was raining..
the utilities and equipment is good. The room also pleasing however the staff does not make me happy because they keep showing a sour face that make me uncomfortable. when i tried to ask about the deposit, they just keep saying the same thing and that does not make me understand. However everything is good and fun.
For those who drive, it is highly not advisable to stay in this hotel as there is no parking facility provided by the hotel, despite being advertised as "free parking". I had to park my vehicle at a makeshift public (chargeable) car park at some 100 meters away and its condition was very bad.
The car park was not paved, not asphalted and not lighted at all during the night. There were several potholes around and with poor visibility during the night, 1 of my vehicle bumper's wiper (1 piece unit with the wheel's fender unit) was hit and subsequently broke when my wheel went over a deep pothole. Now, I have to pay over RM400 to replace the whole wheel's fender unit. Never am I going to stay in this hotel again unless their basement car park will be ready, which has never been operational since the first day of the hotel's operation.
Friendly staff was where it ended with this hotel.
Stayed in the Pudu Branch for 2 days 1 night. I checked into the hotel around late evening. Firstly the road to the hotel was very dangerous, there was a vehicle on the opposite side of the road who almost crashed into me but luckily he realized and switch back into his lane. The hotel staff was very polite with checking me in, he even asked me permission to answer the phone as he was still serving me. The overall lobby area was quite nice with a good atmosphere.
However it ended there, the room was quite small and smelled a bit like sewage. The sheets were clean but stained in many areas with dark spots. The air-cond was completely covered in dust as well as its filters. I could not stand the musky stuffy air so I cleaned it myself. There was absolutely no maintenance for the room at all. There was scratches on the wall caused by the 1 chair provided in the room. There was loud music playing from the streets but ended shortly before mid night.
The bathroom was rather ok, equipped with a hair dryer and the shower had very good pressure and water volume. It was quite a good shower but the walls were a bit stained. There is no free parking, you can pay a few ringgit for parking opposite the hotel. Non-locals are subject to tourism tax.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel if you have any allergies or slight breathing problems as the rooms are quite unhealthy.

Worst experience!
Hotel staffs are too bad specially the reception. There no room service for a day and I called three times, he spokes very arrogantly but assured me to send a quick room service. After waiting for three hours I didn't get the service.
Really annoying.
I can't think how this hotel operating in KL.

Management was poor. Staff at reception desk were slow and indifferent. They were only intereested in money. Breakfast was poor.
