I am the Samoan guy who spent a few nights at this hotel, and I have been satisfied with the service provided by the staff members from the first till my very last day there. The room was ok, I did not face any challenge during my stay. Every morning, the variety of food available during breakfast session was really good, I enjoyed it, not only that, but I do appreciate the smiling faces and the satisfying assistance of the staff who assisted me. That made every food delicious. Thank you all for your service, it is highly recommended. Additionally, I felt so humbled when I was approached by some of the staff for a photo, I still have photos I took, and the special one you guys took. I have it all, great memories wish I was there for a long time. If I get a chance to come to Malaysia again in the future time, I will surely choose to stay at your hotel. Thank you, and God bless. The room was clean and the staff was really courteous and friendly from beginning to end!! The breakfast was tasty and always warm. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction, so there was not much to do. Also, there was no shuttle system and so the stay turned out more expensive because I had to use taxi to get around. I did ask about the shuttle and they said they had it running before covid. I think the hotel will gain 5 star from me if the shuttle was up and running to drop and pick up guests at the main malls at least twice day or upon request.
