Location was awesome and that’s the main reason for my choice. However, hotel should look at upgrading - WiFi speed was poor - have many blind spots, toilet bowl was leaking, shower tap were loose, tv signal went down due to downpour. Was glad that our request for late check out was acceded but we were locked out because the card access had to be manually extended. Having said that, staff service made up for it

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. 🏙️ The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Nur at the front desk, who made our experience even better! 🙌 Our junior suite was splendid, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. 🛌✨ The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of local and western dishes – something for everyone! 🍽️ I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!
