A gem of a hotel!

I enjoyed a fabulous stay at this particular hotel. The setting was beautifully nested in a wonderful shopping mall. The hotel staff were first class; especially the reception, concierge service and the bar staff. I had a lovely large room that offered space to relax after a long haul flight.

Such a faultless experience in almost every respect. Really nice rooms, impressive breakfast buffet (one of the best I've experienced) and wonderful staff. Superb hotel and the best Hilton group hotel I've stayed at. Only criticism is that the hotel could look slightly fresher but still really well appointed and decorated. Thanks for the stay - will be back for sure!

This is a great hotel right in a mall. There's a starbucks on the first floor, and a grocery store below it. It's right near a train line. Service was amazing - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast had many options. Can't go wrong with this hotel!

This is our first stay and there is no instructions how to transport our luggage from the building entrance to the hotel lobby. We were received by a very cold senior duty manager. Feels like we are his subordinates expecting us to know the hotel and its operations on our own. Staff behaves pretty similar, with exceptional few. Hotel room is spacious, clean, with minimalist features and function. So nice that its usage is truly impractical. There’s no shelf in shower cubicle. Bathroom could maximize usage by making the divider glass frosted or darkened between the bowl and shower cubicle. Water heater temperature not consistent. The pillows are horribly soft. We were out the entire stay only to realize the options to change pillows, by the time we were too tired with one night left. We tossed and woke up every night. No we did not have good night rest at all. TV is boring. TV3 channel inaccessible, requires card, on the last 2 days. Desk lamp couldn’t stand upright. Breakfast is a wide variety, illustratively fine and beautiful. Everything is colourful and different, yet taste the same, taste rating: 2 of 10. The machine espresso and Nutella, that’s the most tasteful of all. Technically, not better than serviced apartment, air bnb, or capsule hotel. Staffs are pretty much for decoration, I believe. Cold greetings with no warmth. Probably only 1-3 humans. Maybe if you’re a famous businessman or a politician, then the entire place becomes an earth to live.
