We had a great stay. Our booking was very last minute due to unseen circumstances with another hotel. M World staff allowed us to check in a few hours early. It was such a great experience and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location is good for families and we loved the pool. The only downside was the breakfast buffet was mediocre. I would appreciation fewer options if each option was done well instead of so many things to choose from and none all that great.

Same old charm.. never fails to be delighted.

Requested for a quiet room and got it. Everything that I expected of the hotel was still there including the courteous and professional staff. Hotel should consider installing fast charging points for EV drivers. That would make a big difference if fast charging facilities are available at the hotel carpark

Conference rooms were as cold as 14C. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed the entire 11 days of my stay. Pool bar often had no cold beer at all, and when it was stocked the choice was between two average international brands. Room was great but air conditioner made a constant dripping noise - I slept with a pillow over my head every night.

Excellent and friendly staff, a very welcoming feeling especially with a gesture of some welcome snacks and drink in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast spread, I dare say is one of the best. The only set back will be the carpark that guest required to validate every time you leave the carpark. Suggest hotel to provide a complimentary carpark pass for the guest to use during the duration of the stay. Overall thank you for the hospitality.

M world hotel stay for my little family of 4 was amazing! The staff were very professional, kind and polite. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very nicely kept and maintained. the food was delicious and a lot of variety. It is a 5mins under cover walking distance to the MRT and shops. My family will defiantly be staying here again without a doubt! Keep up the good work!
