Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Our Experience at Aloft
Pros: This hotel is situated right next to Nu Sentral Station, very convenient for public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Room is quite spacious. Staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. Overall cleanliness is acceptable and the King size bed is great. Mini frig, safe, and hair dryer are available. The infinity pool at top floor is fantastic, but it is closed during raining.. Cons: One may need to remind hotel to make bed every day or ask for specific cleaning. No microwave oven, The wash basin in our room leaks at the drain even after being fixed by engineer, though slowly. The closet is rather small, allowing limited number of clothing hangers. Only two waste baskets available. Extra one under the outside wash basin would be handy. Overall, this is a decent pick for hotel when vacating in KL.

We LOVED staying at Aloft KL Sentral..... as the location states, it is CENTRAL to everything, has easy transport connections, shopping and even a Cinema. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the facilities were top notch. Would stay again!!!

Absolutely amazing stay!
I have had the best time in this hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is excellent, connecting directly to Sentral station and Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Excellent connections to the airport too. My room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar and staff were great too. Lovely drinks and views!! Will 100% return.

We really liked this hotel. It was connected to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station by a covered walkway which is well signposted. This also means that one can use the Airport express train service which is relatively cheap and very convenient. A shopping centre is connected to the station so is very convenient. Our room was spacious and clean and it contained two queen beds. It had a nice pool on the roof and a well stocked gym. I cannot comment on the restaurant and dining as we didn't use it. I recommend this hotel.
