The room is big enough, clean, very quiet, it has good bedding including good pillows. The restaurant has very good food, we enjoyed a delicious dinner, we had fillet and pierogi. next morning , we enjoyed the breakfast, good coffee and juices, also the bread is very fresh

This hotel was great for everything we found . Travelled with husband and son and stayed in triple room which was very comfortable, spacious and warm, especially as when we were there it was February and very cold outside. Tea and coffee in room was also a bonus. Staff were very helpful and restaurant staff friendly. Loved happy hour! Perfectly situated for walking around Krakow only 12 minutes walk from Krakow old town and 6 minutes from the Jewish district . Would highly recommend if visiting Krakow for the first time and wanting to see and absorb the history of the area - the Melex cars are a good way to do this without getting lost and tired with all the walking- these are the electric golf cart buggies that you can hire with commentary , we had a great driver who stopped and waited for us to look around and take pictures and answered all of our questions. The restaurants all look very good in fact we wandered for ages trying to make our minds up , as did others we met doing the same thing - in truth we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere - all reasonable prices compared to England and excellent service all round. A must is to try the street food in the Jewish quarter- absolutely delicious and spoilt for choice. All in all we had a very emotional and humbling visit to this beautiful place and are coming again just before Christmas to enjoy the beautiful square and Christmas market.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we visited Krakow last year. The options available for the breakfast buffet were plentiful and delicious. I slipped during one of the city tours and sprained my knee. The receptionist staff member and his colleagues went above and beyond to call a cab to get me to the hospital and reserved the hotel room for the additional days as I had postpone my return trip. Thank you for very much to the staff member on duty in the early week of November 2024! They went above and beyond in making sure that we were well cared for and comfortable! Thanks again!

We are just back from staying at the Metropolitan Boutique. Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern. Within walking distance of old town and Jewish quarter. Unfortunately however on our last night a large group of males descended on the hotel and were very disruptive. We were woken at 4am by the group coming into the hotel and then again at 730-0800am that morning when they proceeded to play loud music and sing. This was the only downside of the stay however.

Super Service

The standard of service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was second to none. Well placed for both the Jewish Quarter and Old Town we had a super stay and thoroughly enjoyed Krakow. Train from the airport to Grzegorzki Station costs PL20 (payable on platform or on train) and steps from the platform lead more or less to the front door of the hotel (we didn’t experience any noise from the tailor tram line during our stay). The same station takes you directly to the Salt Mines and Oswiecim for Aushchwitz The ease of chess allowed us to book tickets directly with both and save €’s Fab Fusion Restaurant provided a superb breakfast and also happy hour 4-6pm every day and has a super quality menu. Rooms were big, clean and warm. Housekeeping superb and thorough and the hotel provide super complimentary toiletries including conditioner and body lotion (bonus when travelling with hand luggage!) Would definitely stay here again

Good location

Slow check in but was given lots of information about Krakow a d hotel itself. Pleasant and polite sraff, although nk hand towels provided day 2 and when we asked they sent bath towels instead. We had a 5am start one morning and were provided with an amazing packrd lunch, one which was gluten free. Comfy and clean room with good shower. Hotel will arrange private transfer as well.

Great location, short walk to the old town and the Jewish quarter, room was modern, spacious and clean and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to krakow. Only downfall was there is only 1 English Channel on the tv which was the news.

We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The receptionist were very helpful in scheduling our tours and transportation. The restaurant and breakfast was great and convenient. It’s the perfect location to walk everywhere. The only thing I would say that for this hotel to be a 5 star would be in the small details like having wash rags available, maybe some robes, something other than a wash cap for free toiletries (although the staff makes up for it with their amazing service specially Adriana helping us with our tours and giving any information we asked for), but that’s wasn’t not a deal breaker at all for us. The cleanliness, service and food was lovely and we would stay there every time we visit.
