You pay for a place to sleep. My only complaint would be the Pillows, but that is subjective. We all like different things. The Hotel is very close to the train station. Ten minutes walk to any night life

1 (half) night stay
Really convenient location close to station, you can access bus & train platforms via the recently completed underpass next to the entrance thus avoiding the gaudy shopping centre & convoluted layout of the station. That's handy if you're leaving on the 4.29 to Vilnius and worry which bits of the complex will be open at such an hour. Smaller, more basic & cheaper than it's regular Ibis (next door) but that's the point really. Served it's purpose for a safe, fairly comfortable half night's sleep.

They steal money. I booked through Expedia and less than an hour later relized i booked the wrong dates. All i wanted to do was switch the dates, and i was unable to. Expedia said as long as Ibis gave permission i would be able to, and they never gave permission. Not only did i lose that money, i also had to book a new hotel. It actually should be illegal what these companies do. DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR MONEY

Good for exploring
The hotel is a pretty standard hotel like a UK premier inn. The bedroom featured one double bed, a small desk, tv. The shower and sink were beside the bed whilst the toilet was in a small room by the front door. There is 4 hangers on the wall to hang clothes. Service: staff really friendly and fluent in english, gave us extra pillows on request Room location : 201 on second floor, facing busy intersection and got very loud because of drivers honking horns and emergency service vehicles. Amenities: no fridge or drink preparation items in room however reception has a water fountain with still, sparkling and hot water Overall really great, perfect distance from square, located right beside biggest shopping centre in krakow.
