Excellent service here. I left my phone in a Krakow taxi and the front-desk staff helped us locate it and when the phone was actually located, and returned to the front-desk the staff there held on to it till we returned and I was able to retrieve it without missing a beat! Breakfasts were beyond my expectations, the room very comfortable, always clean. Our stay in Krakow was a big part of our European vacation which was much more than just a vacation (meeting my partner's parents for the first time) so the hotel was obviously a big part of our experience and it was just perfect.

Fabulous hotel room was comfortable as was the bed bathroom was amazing. Very close to the Old Town Square so definitely near to many of the sites that you may want to visit. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby would definitely stay again if I return to Krakow.

Property was a bit hard to find initially. There was no street in front of the hotel so you have to get dropped off at the nearest side street and you have to walk down a few blocks to find the hotel. We didn’t mind as the hotel was centrally located and amenities were fine. Staff were also great.
