Easy check in and very helpful with directions. We were in a loft room which was a good size, however did bang my head several times. Good location for walking into the old town and getting onto the trams. Baggage can be stored on arrival & departure which is very helpful. Would stay again

Id like to say this was a real find but Id read the reviews and was confident this would be a great place to stay. Quiet, convenient for everything and a short walk into the old town, The hotel room was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast was fresh tasty and plentiful. A special mention for the staff on reception - so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you dont want the pool, spa huge restaurant this is a 5* hotel in our opinion

Stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The city centre and tourist attractions were only a short walk. Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Will definitely be coming back in the near future. Great city!

Staff were lovely. Location was pretty good. Elevator / lift didn't work. No hot water one morning. Carpets tired. Very noisy in the mornings. Overall, okay but not great.

An ideal hotel close to the Old Town of Krakow, comfortable rooms and good breakfast available. Location is excellent for visiting the Old Town and easy access to the airport using public transport.

Hotel was amazing. Brilliant location 10/15 min walk to the old town square with many bars/cafes/restraunts on the way. The hotel was clean and genuinely just a real good vibe! Also we booked a trip through the hotel and the communication and the day was amazing! The hotel is situated right next to a shop which is open 24hrs 7 days a week which is very ideal. Towels and the room was cleaned/changed everyday. There was a smart tv in the room and tea/coffee facilities with a mini fridge. Thank you for giving the best service!
