Everything was fine to start with but then we lost hot water and the fan in the bathroom started to make an horrendous noise. We had to change rooms. The next room was smaller, not set out the same and the lighting was poor. We understand that it was an unforeseen issue that caused us to move but it did affect how we felt about the accommodation. The staff dealt with it well but could only apologise for us not being happy about our replacement room. I would still recommend the hotel though. Breakfast was good, shower when working was wonderful. The first bed was much more comfortable than the second too.

We loved this hotel, right next to the old town, perfect location, pick ups for tours were just around the corner and could nvient, lovely to stay there lots of shops, restaurants, street food and bars around. We took the option.to have the hotel driver collection and drop off at the airport and it worked a treat so glad we did, no drama just start your holiday the moment you land

Great Hotel in a stunning city

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel couldn’t be in a better location right on the old town square, with great bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, the staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and food and drink in hotel bar excellent, krakow was a beautiful city and we will definitely return to Krakow and the Betmanowska.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10

Fantastic location overlooking the main square. Good staff. Room was comfortable. Two small comments. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied and service good, unfortunately the hot option was cold both days we used it. We had intended to use the in room jacuzzi but unfortunately the hot water tap flow was so slow it made it impractical.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a wonderful surprise. Location is ideal for visiting Krakow as it is right on the square so easy access to many local restaurants, bars and shops. Hotel staff were all lovely and will definitely return to this hotel

I personally did not like this hotel. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. Yes, location is good, breakfast okay but as the room is concerned, I was not pleased. Old towels, TV did not work, hot tub in the middle of the room. Maybe for certain people this hotel could work But not for me
