Excellent hotel. Staff were all so helpful and friendly, which is a massive for us. Could not fault the staff or premises. Rooms, gym and spa were clean. Would return, and would recommend.

AC Hotel by Marriott Krakow is a pampering hotel
We had a great time. The staff is very helpful. The spa is pampering and pleasant and the breakfast is excellent. There is a coffee and water station for almost the whole day.

Always the best, but this time wasn’t our room ready, even at 3 pm. Perhaps the hotel isn’t staffed well - nobody was available for more than 30 min on the phone, and I needed to dress again and to go to the reception - where my request to open the air condition was denied because “Poland doesn’t use air condition at this time.” Some hours later it turned on finally. In addition, the room was not cleansed for two days although we were gone for more than six hours. Disappointing this time.
