The good: Staff are lovely, the hotel is very clean and lovely seating areas. We loved the downstairs bar menu that included a sandwich, chips & drink for a reasonable price. We stayed for just under 2 weeks and it started to feel like home! It’s also perfect location to do everything. Beach not far and there’s a shuttle bus to Reeve so saves you walking. The negatives: The shower pressure in the room isn’t great, shower in general is a bit difficult. There is a seat in the way so the shower sometimes doesn’t reach properly. The sun beds get really busy.. we struggled to get any seats so had to sit on the roof top at 8am to get a bed. A lot of people were putting towels down and coming at 12pm down which I think is unfair. Breakfast became dull, no changes to the breakfast each day and very little western food (full English). It took a long time to make coffee and by the time we got what we wanted for breakfast, it was cold. It felt very cramped and busy during the whole of breakfast time.. we actually chose to have breakfast elsewhere for 4 days even though we had paid for it already. Otherwise a lovely hotel and in a great area!

Loved the people on this property! Everyone us so friendly and goes over the top to help ypu out and greet you. Shout out to Fon, in the restaurant, who helped us out with trying new foods (for us) based on our palette. She also gave us some cultural tips when the restaurant was empty and had time to talk a little longer. Shout out to the fellow who served my hubby a little extra ice cream. Shout out to lady who helped me get a speedboat for Hong Island. I'm glad i didn't take the long tail boat.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff, we enjoyed doing a dessert cooking class on Saturday and the staff running this were very friendly. Swim up bar and cocktails are great. Will definitely return.

I left a note with the front desk. Our bathroom shower had mold, our floor was constantly dirty with sand. The cleaning staff need a vacuum instead of a wet mop. The air conditioning just kept running and running and the air ducts blew out a moldy/mildew smell. It’s such a pretty property but it isn’t being kept up.

The resort is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great - near the main street and not far from the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and expansive. The one thing that wasn't great were the towels in the room were old and a bit dirty. There were also quite a lot of mosquitos in my room at first, but I was careful about opening the doors in the evening.

This was such an amazing property, I could live here! The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Was easy to coordinate outings with the on-site event coordinator. The food and restaurant were great and the buffet breakfast had so many options.

Disappointment!!! More like 1-2 star hotel!

Our welcome was unhappy staff, tired and not welcoming. After that we found a dirty toilet, and the view from the window was a river of sewage of the town. The staff is not awful, but it’s not what you except from this level of hotel.Feels like no one really cares about you( so different from other hotels in this country). The breakfast was okay, missing basic things like pancakes, (only one morning), Nutella. The only chocolate was cheap syrup. The dining room is small, and very crowded. Kids club is really poor. Maybe okay for age 0-3. More like babies club. In first look- rooms look nice, but after a few days you realise that there is no maintenance. For conclusion- Big disappointment. And the worst thing is that it feels like no one cares.

Great stay!

Just stayed for 1 night before departing to phuket. Very nice and spacious room with both sea- and mountain view. I could also look over to the roof top terrace in another building and down to pool area so i really felt i could see it all, but still avoid the sounds from the street and parties so i got a good nights sleep. The room is big with lots of space for your belongings. Big bathroom and balcony too. Comfortable bed. All in all very nice, modern and spacious. Could have stayed for longer. The staff was very friendly too, and even helped out a friend of mine who wasnt staying at the hotel with airport shuttle when her Bolt-driver ghosted her in the last minute. Only constructive critisism i have is the soundproofing between rooms. I felt i was in the room with my korean neighbors and had to turn up my TV to try to ignore them. Since my stay was short i didnt really try out any facilities except the breakfast and pool. Pool area is ok, but the pool is a bit run down. Also inbetween all the hotel buildings so no sunlight. Breakfast is decent, but nothing different than the other 4 star hotels i tried in Thailand. The hotel is close to the main street but still quiet. Also, short walk to beach and longtailboat-taxis.

Excellent location in Krabi. Wonderfull staff, exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food. We booked a Family Suite, 2 Bedrooms - very spacious and well appointed. Highly recommended.
