Fabulous hotel just off the main strip, away from any traffic noise, bed really comfy, overall i would stay here afain in a heartbeat.

Okay stay - dårlig wifi og mangelfuld rengøring.

Havde håbet på mere service. Mangelfuld rengøring på værelset, fik ikke skiftet sengetøj i 9 dage. Nullermænd under sengene. Mogenmad god, men ikke meget varieret fra dag til dag. Ekstrem dårlig wifi, har ikke prøvet så dårlig wifi på et hotel før. Dejligt med håndklæder til strand og pool, man selv kunne skifte. Hotellet er mere 3-stjernet end 4-stjernet.

Location was great with tons of restaurants and shops super close. Beach close enough. Grounds were well kept and the rooms and facilities were clean. However, there is a nightclub behind the property and music going very late into the night. If your a light sleeper or traveling with children, perhaps ask for a quieter room because it was loud. Staff friendly and accommodating. One irritation for me, when checking out, I was asked to wait while they inspected the room which hesitantly I did, but was troubled by this. I’ve never heard of this practice before.

Perfectly located, down a side street so quiet enough to sleep, but close to tonnes of amazing restaurants and perfect walking distance to the beach. We booked trips via the concierge desk and these were great. We paid for breakfast on the first day, but didn't bother as so much nicer places on the main road. Room was nice and clean, pool was small but adequate for how much we used it.

Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very small considering we had booked a family room. The hotel is in a great location and had a amazing pool. Breakfast was good, but better options on the main strip.

A nice hotel. We were let down by how noisy it was at night. Our room was located on the far right, which appeared to be right next door to a club which played music til 2am every day. We complained to the hotel staff but they were utterly unhelpful, saying they weren’t able to move us. I’m surprised it is family friendly due to this.

Terrible showers.

Nice hotel, great clean and tidy rooms. Well cared for. Bathrooms were clean, but the shower was terrible. The water from the shower head feels like pins and needles hitting you. It's gonna be painful if you have a sunburn. The reason for this was because over 80% of the holes in the showerhead were all clogged. It looks like there are major calcium deposits in their pipes that clog up the holes. In addition, many times I did not have hot water or the water temperature changed dramatically and it was hard to control. Overall I hated the shower experience and mainly due to this, I would not return to this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated, very close to the beach and super easy for any tours that you might want to take. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffets pretty decent. They rotate some of the items day to day. The staff at the counter is super helpful and can help you book any taxis or tours that you might need. There are tons of restaurants that are super close from a walking perspective so really a great stay in krabi.

Fairly average, did the job.

Good location if Ao Nang beach is your thing. Didn’t try any of the food at the hotel or try the pool so can’t comment. Room felt slightly damp and was ok cleanliness wise but not the best I’ve stayed in (I couldn’t work out if the sheets were slightly grey or if it was the lighting). Shower was cold, reception sent up a service guy which achieved about 1 degree extra of warmth. The balcony was TINY!! It literally had two small chairs and one small table squeezed in, it was so tight you couldn’t actually move /adjust them. There is a fabulous little bar right outside, great prices and great cocktails! This was the most expensive place we stayed out but does not rate highest. For the price it was quite average.
